HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M READY TO BUY A HOME?

There are a lot of factors that go into buying a home. One is that a person should be fairly certain that they are able to stay in an area for the foreseeable future. Generally people finally decide it’s time to buy a home when they are in a financial position to do so and they like the community they live in. There are many motivators like wanting more space, being tired of not being able to do what you want to your dwelling, having a garden, being able to decorate, having more privacy, etc. But when all of those motivators are taking home, being sure you are in a financial position not only to buy, but maintain a home, is the final step before moving toward homeownership.
